Body tailored, how to measure yourself and what measures to take.

Measurements should be done with a tape measure. Unit of measurement centimeters.

B-Beam circumference (egg): It starts from the neckline, passing the tape measure in the most protruding point of the chest and then carrying it between the legs and then go to the back, making itself a complete turn of the bust.

C-Neck circumference: it is taken around the neck with the tape measure.

S-Shoulder length: it is taken from the neckline to the end of the shoulder.

T-Chest circumference: it is taken into account the most prominent point of the chest. The tape measure must pass both in front of and behind the body.

V-Waist circumference: it is taken at the navel. The tape measure must pass both in front of and behind the body.

F-Hip circumference: it is taken into account the most protruding point of the hip bone. The tape measure must pass both in front of and behind the body.

A-Forearm circumference: it is taken around the forearm with the tape measure.

P-Wrist circumference: it is taken around the wrist with the tape measure.

M-Sleeve length: it is taken from the end of the shoulder to the desired length.

Weight: weight of the athlete in Kg.

athlete' height: You take it without shoes and go from the floor to the end of the head. The measurement is in centimeters.
